Female masturbation is a topic that is still largely taboo in our society, even though great strides have been made in feministic revolutions around the globe. The problem around female masturbation is that for the most part, women are left to figure out on their own how to achieve an orgasm and how to masturbate.

There are many different ways for a female to have an orgasm with female masturbation. Female masturbation is probably the best way for a woman to explore her sexuality; since she does it herself, alone, on her terms, she can pinpoint exactly what arouses her and what doesnt. Some women orgasm from clitoral stimulation during female masturbation, others from penetration into the vagina, and others do from fondling the G spot. If the idea of female masturbation seems a little daunting, dont worry. Female masturbation can be broken down into steps that will help you on your way to discovering your erotic preferences.

The first step when experimenting with female masturbation is to relax. Take a few deep breaths and a few minutes to gather your focus and put it all on you. It is difficult to reach climax if you are thinking about bills, groceries, and the kids, etc. The next step in female masturbation is to turn on your imagination. Whether you choose to think about a past sexual encounter or one that you get turned on at the thought of, put your vivid imagery skills to good use and start dreaming up erotic fantasies that will get your blood pumping. Once you are relaxed and have a fantasy or memory in mind, next you should begin running your fingers all over your body, exploring to see which areas respond to touch. Female masturbation is all about your clitoris, your nipples, your labia, and your perineum, for starters.

Now that you have found which body parts are sensitive to touch during female masturbation, use your fingers and experiment with a variety of touches: strokes, either in a back and forth or a circular motion, tickles, tugs, pulls, and little twists to your genitals are all great ways to heighten your sexual arousal during female masturbation. Remember to breathe throughout your female masturbation experience, releasing sexual tension. Rhythmically rock your pelvis like you would during intercourse as well. As you come closer to orgasm during female masturbation, add in stimulation to your nipples, clitoris, and vagina. Using a dildo or your fingers to thrust in and out of your vagina during female masturbation will help. As you begin to orgasm, keep the stimulation going, but ease up some as you reach the height of the orgasm. Dont stop altogether yet, though, because as the orgasm winds down, there are great little aftershocks to enjoy.

Although nothing is required for female masturbation except your fingers, using sex toys is a popular way to discover new sensations and add variety and fun to your female masturbation routine. Vibrators are great for beginners and advanced experts in female masturbation, because they can take some of the work out of stimulating the clitoris. So relax, find your hot spot, go to work, and play with some toys, because female masturbation is a great way to find yourself and lose yourself all at the same time.

In America, there are 38 million women using some form of birth control. There are many brands on the market today, but basically, there are three types: barrier, hormonal and permanent. Your doctor will help you decide which will be the best option for you.

Barrier Contraceptives- These contraceptives work to prevent conception by physically blocking the sperm from getting into the uterus to the egg. With the exception of the male condom, these methods offer very little protection against communicable diseases and chances of getting pregnant while using them are greater than if you take ‘the pill’. These barrier methods must be used every time you have sex to be effective. Barrier methods of contraception include the male condom, the female condom, diaphragms with spermicide, sponges with spermicide , the cervical cap with spermicide and spermicide alone.

Hormone Methods- This method includes birth control pills, shots (Depo-Provera), the skin patch, implants, the vaginal ring and the morning after pill. The IUD is also considered a hormonal method of birth control. Birth controls that use hormones are very good at preventing pregnancy while providing no protection from HIV/AIDS or other STD’s.

The morning-after pill, which stops you from becoming pregnant if contraception failed or wasn’t used, is now widely used by women who have had unprotected sex. When taken, it prevents the ovaries from releasing an egg and alters the lining of the womb so the fertilized egg cannot embed itself in the uterus. This pill works for up to 72 hours (three days) after sex, making the name, ‘the morning after pill,’ a bit deceiving. But, it does work best if taken within 24 hours of unprotected sex. In particular, it has proved of value to:

-rape victims, who should insist they are given it
-couples who have a condom break during sex
-women who have been lured into having sex while under the influence of drink or drugs

Permanent Methods- These birth control methods include tubal implants, tubal ligation and the males vasectomy.

There are questions you have to ask yourself when considering the various types of birth control on the market and which method will work best for you.

Is your main goal for taking birth control just to prevent pregnancy?

Do you fear catching an STD?
How often do you have sex?
What are the side effects?
Do you want to have children in the future?
Do you smoke?
Has anyone in your family ever had blood clots?
Can you remember to take a pill at exactly the same time every day?
How many sexual partners do you have?
Is your main goal for taking birth control just to prevent pregnancy?
Do you fear catching an STD?

The main thing is that you find a birth control that will work when you need it to.

Talk to your doctor about the risks associated with your health and lifestyle combined with birth control. Taking birth control hormones could adversely affect the blood system (clotting, blood pressure), and therefore blood tests (or at least consulting with a physician who knows one’s health problems) are required before taking them.

There are advantages and side effects associated with birth control and is is important to know the facts. Keep in mind, the best option for protecting yourself from sexually transmitted diseases, including HIV/AIDS is still abstinence, which is not practical, or by using male Condom’s.

Your reproductive system is extremely sensitive and without a healthy reproductive system, it can be very difficult to get pregnant. Many women suffer from infertility. Seeing a physician and having regular pap smears and breast exams are important steps in keeping your reproductive system healthy.

The slightest hormonal imbalance can disrupt the reproductive system which is why it is so important to take care of it. Some factors that can seriously impair your reproductive health include: endometriosis, PCOS , pelvic prolapse, pelvic inflammatory disease, and cervical cancer.

The organs of the reproductive system are:

Uterus- Also called the womb, the uterus is a hollow, pear shaped organ with a muscular wall and a lining. The uterus expands many times in size during pregnancy to hold the growing fetus.

Fallopian Tubes- These thin, soft tubes extend from the uterus to the ovaries. During ovulation, an ovary releases an egg into the fallopian tube next to it.

Ovaries– The ovaries are located in the left and right lower abdomen. Ovaries produce eggs as well as hormones like estrogen and progesterone.

Cervix– The cervix is the lower portion of the uterus that opens into the vagina. During labor, the cervix dilates (expands) to about 4 inches (10 centimeters) in diameter.

Vagina– This tube-like organ connects the uterus to the outside of the body. The birth of a baby follows it’s path.

Hymen– The hymen (also called maidenhead) is a fold of mucous membrane which surrounds or partially covers the external vaginal opening. It forms part of the vulva, or external genitalia.

Menstruation, or “period,” is the term given to a woman’s periodic discharge of blood, tissue, fluid and mucus from the reproductive organs of sexually mature females. The flow usually lasts from 3 - 6 days each month and is caused by a sudden reduction in the hormones estrogen and progesterone.

When girls begin to go through puberty (usually starting between the ages of 8 and 13), their bodies and minds change in many ways. The hormones bodies stimulate new physical development, such as growth and breast development. Roughly 2 years after a girl’s breasts begin to develop, she usually gets her first menstrual period.

A woman is fertile only for a few days during each menstrual cycle and once ovulation has occurred, there is only a 24 hour period in which fertilization can take place. The reproductive process begins with the ovary releasing an egg and setting it off on it’s journey down the fallopian tube towards the uterus. In the fallopian tube, it begins to produce an enzyme that helps attract the sperm from the males ejaculation.

A man releases millions of sperm when he ejaculates but only a few hundred will be able to make it all the way from the cervix up into the uterus and then into the correct fallopian tube. Once there, only one sperm will then be able to make its way through the eggs tough coating to fertilize the egg.

After fertilization, the egg continues into the uterus where it implants itself into the endometrial lining and officially becomes an embryo.

A missed menstrual period is most often the first sign of pregnancy, but typically, additional symptoms and signs are experienced in the early stages of pregnancy. These include:

-Breast swelling, tenderness, and pain
-Nausea and vomiting
-Fatigue and tiredness
-Abdominal boating
-Frequent urination
-Elevated basal body temperature
-Changes in nipple color
-Melasma (darkening of the skin)
-Mood swings and stress

Sometimes a woman who is pregnant may still experience some bleeding or spotting around the time of the expected period. This small amount of bleeding commonly that occurs at the time of the expected menstrual period may be implantation bleeding. This occurs when the fertilized egg attaches to the uterine wall. It’s important to remember that not all women will experience all of these symptoms or have the symptoms to the same degree.

An at home pregnancy can tell whether or not there is a pregnancy as early as the first day of the missed period, which is about two weeks after conception. You should schedule a doctors appointment and get a check up and pregnancy test as soon as possible if you think you might be pregnant.

Pregnancy tests are based upon measurement of the hormone which is only present in a woman when she is pregnant, human chorionic gonadotrophin, or hCG. This hormone is made after the egg is fertilized and its levels rise rapidly in early pregnancy. It acts to support progesterone, a hormone necessary to maintain the pregnancy.

Unfortunately, things don’t always work as mother nature intended. Infertility effects many women for many different reasons. If you have any signs that things might not feel right or if you are having any issues with your menstrual periods, contact physician and have an exam.

Do you experience shame and guilt over being gay or homosexual? It’s easy for me to say, ‘Stop, there’s nothing to be ashamed about!” But it’s a lot harder to put into practice. The reason for this is that the seeds for shame and guilt are usually sown over a period of many years, since we were very young. In the United States, shame and guilt over being homosexual have their roots in religious philosophy. Religious prejudices have heavily filtered into our legal system, making gay sex illegal in many states and failing to protect gays in most states.

These societal beliefs and laws influence how we are raised by our parents, what our schools teach us and how other people respond to us. Believe it or not, all cultures do not share a negative view of homosexuals. Latin American countries, the Philippines and Sweden are just a few examples of countries that have tolerant laws and attitudes toward gays and lesbians. In general, societies that believe that homosexuality is a born trait are more accepting than societies that think it is a choice. Of course, we as homosexuals know it is not a choice!

So what are shame and guilt exactly? They are not quite the same. Shame is experienced in reference to how other people perceive your actions; guilt is experienced in reference to how you perceive your actions. Is it possible to experience one without the other? Yes, and it is also possible to experience both at the same time. For instance, if you are a woman, you may feel absolutely no guilt whatsoever when you are intimate with your girlfriend. You are joyful, at peace and fulfilled. However, when it comes time to tell another about the experience, you may have a sense of deep shame. Conversely, you may experience guilt when you are together and shame when you tell someone else.

Try to figure out what your feelings are, when you feel them and what triggers these feelings. Ask yourself some hard questions. Do these feelings arise from learned religious convictions? Did my parents teach me these things? When was the first time you heard anti-gay sentiments and what were your feeling then?

Then do a reality check. If you have been an active homosexual you know the truth of what you do, how you feel about your partner and the relationship that you have. Unfortunately, when you examine reality you will discover that the people that wrote the laws, taught you and influenced your thought have no idea what they are talking about. They developed all those prejudices and perspectives, laws and mores, based on fear, poorly interpreted ideology and ignorant judgment. All of these negative beliefs have been developed without any scientific basis or with respect to modern psychiatric insight and findings.

It takes a long time to overcome feelings of shame and guilt. Talking about it is extremely important and may help you get perspective on the subject. You may consider joining a more accepting church or synagogue if religion is a problem. For instance, Unitarians and Reformed Jews are examples of religion sects that do not discriminate against gays and lesbians. Overcoming shame and guilt will go a long way toward helping you come out successfully, accept yourself for who you are and have a healthy relationship with your partner.

Searching for hot oral sex tips? Wondering how to do a good job? Or curious about trying it for the first time? But first what is oral sex exactly?

Oral sex is the act of pleasuring the female genitals through the mouth and tongue which is known as cunnilingus. And the act of stimulating the male penis which is known as fellatio.

This is always part of sexual intercourse event or it is always done during intercourse. Almost all men and women who engaged in sex perform this act to please each other more intense…sexually.

It can be considered as another stage of sexual intercourse and sometimes even as a kind of foreplay.
But do you know that several essential guidelines or tips should always be considered before engaging in oral sex?

The most significant oral sex tips are communication. You should first consider the feelings of each other.
Both of you should decide that you want to perform oral sex in order for you both to enjoy the intimate moment.

It is much better and safer if you do it with someone you really know. Most of the time, oral sex is described as safe sex. Why? Because the use of protective materials like condoms is highly promoted with this kind of intimacy.

But again there are several things to be thought of in using these protective devices. In addition to the above oral sex tips, there are some male condoms that are really suited for oral sex. These are the non-lubricated and flavored ones.

A lot of condom brands are available in pharmacies and stores. There are also online retailers. In using condoms, be sure to use a lot of lubricants.

Online condom retailers offer lubricant suited to most type of condoms. Put in you mind to use water-based lubricant because an oil based lubricant can break condoms.

Remember that condom leakage during oral sex also carries some risks. Some women rather use polyurethane condoms instead of latex. Any type of lubricant can be used with polyurethane condoms.

Avoid condoms with warming lubricant because it may cause your tongue and mouth to numb. Beware also of some sores around the genital area this is one of the most vital oral sex tips.

If you see sores around it, it would be better to postpone oral sex because this also may cause some diseases. It is better to wait until the sores are completely healed.

There are several tips in regards to oral sex to make sure you both will enjoy it and that it will go smoothly.

First, you have to eliminate all your anxieties and fears associated with contacting STDs. In some instances, men or women would like to go on the natural way and don’t want to use protective devices.

You need to think first before doing this. Insist on putting your health as a priority before anything else.

Another blistering oral sex tip is that women can use their mouth in putting the condoms in the right place.
This is a hard technique but with enough practice, this could be great!

However, the greatest issue for women is on the subject of swallowing or allowing him to cum inside your mouth!

In fact, most men would just love it because these make them feel one of the most masculine parts of them has been accepted!

For men, NEVER bite any part of the vagina! You’ll probably get thrown into the dog house if you do! So, use these sizzling oral sex tips effectively to enhance your prowess in love-making.
